9x 12" Acrylic on paper set in a matted gold bamboo frame. (15x17") This was part of a study Claire painted while on an Art Retreat in upstate New York. This Monstera study was a challenge given to Claire hoping to broaden her painting style. In this painting, Claire was challenged to paint the image with limited brushstroke. Claire was able to do this study in just 30 strokes with an altered color palette.
